Espresso Chipotle Grill Marinade

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Marinate your favorite cut of red meat in the fridge for 1-2 hours up to overnight.

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Chipotle Olive Oil

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar

2 T lime juice

2 T minced red onion

1 T minced garlic

1 T Dutch-process cocoa powder

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Marinate your favorite cut of red meat  in the fridge for 1-2 hours up to overnight.
