Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Preheat oven to 400°F. Stuff dates with goat cheese. Wrap each with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place each date on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 15 mins, flipping half way through.  During the last 5 mins, brush the dates with balsamic.

12 Medjool Dates, pitted

Goat Cheese

6 slices of bacon, halved

2 T The Olive Bin's Espresso Dark Balsamic 

12 Toothpicks (soaked in water)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Stuff dates with goat cheese. Wrap each with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
