24 grape tomatoes, rinsed
12 basil leaves (approximately 3/4 oz), rinsed
48 mozzarella pearls (approximately 4 oz)
2 T of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Basil Olive Oil or Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Directions
- Tear basil leaves into approximate fourths, making small chunks of leaves. (This makes it easier to place on kabob neatly.)
- On each bamboo fork, place ingredients in the following order: 1 mozzarella pearl, 1/4 chunk of basil leaf (can be folded over onto fork to secure), 1 grape tomato, 1/4 chunk basil leaf, and 1 mozzarella pearl. Thus, each fork will contain 1 grape tomato, 1/2 basil leaf, and 2 mozzarella pearls total. Arrange caprese-bobs neatly on a plate how you'd like displayed.
- Immediately before serving, combine Traditional balsamic and Basil olive oil by shaking in a bottle or tupperware. Drizzle over kabobs; serve immediately!

This is an original from The Olive Bin - and we've used it at many events for sampling our oil and vinegar! Great easy recipe for entertaining, and it's adorable!
This recipe makes 24 (2 dozen) kabobs. Multiply out for as many mouths as you'd like to feed!
