Easy Tuscan Tortellini Skewers

Cook tortellini according to the packaging. Drain and allow to cool. Using a toothpick, skewer pepperoni, tortellini, mozzarella, tomato and basil. The pepperoni and basil will skewer better if folded first. Line on a platter and drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!

Number Of Servings: 30

Small, thinly sliced pepperoni
One 12 oz. package cheese tortellini
One container fresh mozzarella pearls
One container grape tomatoes
2 T of The Olive Bin's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
2 handfuls fresh basil leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini according to the packaging. Drain and allow to cool.

  3. Line on a platter and drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!

Try drizzling The Olive Bin's Basil Olive Oil, Rosemary Olive Oil, or Herbs de Provence instead of Tuscan Herb for more unique flavor combinations!
