Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Bites

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. Add yeast and 1 1/2 cup water large bowl. Stir and allow to rest for 1 minute. Add salt, sugar and butter oil and stir until combined. Add in flour, 1 cup at a time. If dough is still sticking to the bottom add more flour (1 tablespoon at a time). Shape into a ball, cover with a kitchen towel and place in a warm area for 10 minutes. In small bowl mix baking soda with 3 cup warm water. Stir until baking soda dissolves. Cut dough into 6 sections. Roll each section into a long rope (about 20 inches long). Cut into 1½ inch bite size pieces. Dip bites into baking soda water and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake until golden brown (10-15min). Allow to cool. Remove from baking sheet and place in gallon size zip lock. Add dill oil, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Shake until all bites are well coated. Place bites back on baking sheet. Bake for 15 min. Serve immediately.

1/2 C warm water

1/2 tsp fast acting yeast

2 tsp salt

2 tsp light brown sugar

4 1/2 C all purpose flour, plus more if needed

1/4 cup of The Olive Bin’s Butter Olive Oil

3 T baking soda

3 C warm water

1/3 C Of The Olive Bin’s Dill Olive Oil

1/3 C parmesan cheese, grated

3 tsp garlic salt
