Green Chili Fiesta Cornbread

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 in pan with teaspoon Green Chili Olive Oil. In a large bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, cheese, corn, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add evaporated milk, both olive oils, and eggs. Stir till moistened. Spread into pan and bake 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients

2 C all-purpose flour

1.5 C yellow cornmeal

1.5 C  chedder cheese, schredded

1 - 8.5 oz can corn, drained

1/2 C sugar

1 1/2 T salt

1 T baking powder

1 - 12oz can evaporated milk

1/4 C + 1 T  of The Olive Bin's Green Chili Olive Oil

1/4 C of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils

2 large eggs, lightly beaten
