Italian Herb Focaccia Bread

Pour mix in large bowl, add yeast packed (found inside sack) and stir well. Add med. Warm water and 2 T olive oil and mix until dough comes together. Turn dough onto floured board and knead 8-10 times to make dough smooth and elastic. Lightly oil a large bowl, place dough ball in bowl and turn to coat in oil. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Head oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat bottom and sides of skillet or baking pan with olive oil, punch down dough ball, place in pan, pat to the edges, and use your fingers tips to press indentations all over the top of the dough. Top with rest of olive oil. Cook uncovered in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Top with a few salt flakes, parmesan, mozzarella, or other toppings. Serve warm!
