Blueberry Balsamic Pancakes

Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a batter bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just to mix. Stir in blueberries, if using. Pour 1/3—1/2 cup batter onto a hot griddle. Flip pancakes when edges appear cooked and batter bubbles on top. Serve immediately with real maple syrup or fresh fruit, etc.

1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar

1 egg
1/2 C milk
2 T of The Olive Bin's Butter Olive Oil

1 C flour
1 T sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Fresh blueberries (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a batter bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just to mix. Stir in blueberries, if using.
