Brunch Pizza

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and crumble sausage; drain and set aside. Separate crescent roll dough into eight triangles and place on an ungreased 12-in round pizza pan with points toward center. Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spread 1 T of oil over crust. Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with hash browns and cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, remaining 2 T of oil, salt, and pepper; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Serve immediately.

1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 C frozen shredded hash browns
1 C (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 C milk (2%)
1 T + 2 T of The Olive Bin's Green Chili or Chipotle Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T grated Parmesan cheese

Additional Info

This breakfast pizza has just the right amount of spice with our Chipotle olive oil. If you prefer a less spicy option, substitute Garlic olive oil for Chipotle.
