1 C + 2 T all-purpose flour
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 C milk
1/2 C canned pumpkin
1 1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Butter Olive Oil
ORANGE WALNUT BUTTER:
1/2 C butter, softened
1/4 C chopped walnuts
1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 T (or more to taste) of The Olive Bin's Maple Balsamic Vinegar
Pumpkin Waffles with Orange Walnut Butter
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, pumpkin, and Butter olive oil; stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
- Bake in a preheated waffle iron, according ot manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, for orange walnut butter, combine butter, walnuts, and Blood Orange olive oil in small bowl until blended. Serve waffles with butter mixture and Maple balsamic.
