12 (1/2" thick) slices of French baguette bread
1/3 C apricot preserves
1 1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp ground mustard
1/3 lb sliced deli ham
12 large potato chips
1 red apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/3 lb sliced deli cheddar cheese

Directions
- Prepare charcoal or gas grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. Lightly toast both sides of each baguette slice on grill over direct heat.
- In small bowl, stir together preserves, balsamic vinegar, and ground mustard. Spread preserves mixture on one side of each toast. Top each with ham, chips, apple, and cheese.
- Add toasts to grill and cook over indirect heat, with lid closed, until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
