Savory Grilled Ham and Cheese Country Toasts

Prepare charcoal or gas grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. Lightly toast both sides of each baguette slice on grill over direct heat. In small bowl, stir together preserves, balsamic vinegar, and ground mustard. Spread preserves mixture on one side of each toast. Top each with ham, chips, apple, and cheese. Add toasts to grill and cook over indirect heat, with lid closed, until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Number Of Servings: 6

12 (1/2" thick) slices of French baguette bread
1/3 C apricot preserves
1 1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp ground mustard
1/3 lb sliced deli ham
12 large potato chips
1 red apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/3 lb sliced deli cheddar cheese

Directions
