Brown Sugar Banana-Coconut Sundae

Place bananas, light brown sugar, and butter in large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until gold brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Scoop ice cream into four bowls. Drizzle with Coconut balsamic. Top with warm bananas and toasted coconut. Serve immediately.

2 ripe bananas, peeled and quartered
2 T light brown sugar
2 T butter, unsalted
1/2 pint vanilla ice cream
1 T of The Olive Bin's Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
1 T toasted unsweetened coconut, more or less to taste
