Buttery Pie Crust

In an 8in or 9in glass pie plate, mix flour and salt with wire whisk. Stir in butter oil until mixed. Add milk or water until mixed completely. Gently spread the dough out with your fingers, covering the bottom of the plate and up the sides and over the rim, bake according to pie recipe directions.

1 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Butter Olive Oil

2 T cold milk or water

Additional Info

Variations: For savory pies and quiches, use Rosemary Olive Oil or Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

For a 2 crust recipe, double the recipe and mix in a bowl. Roll out as you would a normal pie crust.
