1/2 C dried cherries, coarsely chopped
1 T + 2 T of The Olive Bin's Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
1 C all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
6 T of The Olive Bin's Butter Olive Oil
7 T unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 C sugar
1/3 C brown sugar
1/4 C plain greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In small, microwave-safe bowl, combine cherries and 1 T balsamic; microwave 30 seconds, or until hot. Set aside to cool.
- In another small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In large bowl, stir together Butter olive oil, cocoa powder, and sugars; mix until well-blended. Stir in yogurt, remaining balsamic, and vanilla extract. Gradually add in flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Stir in cherries.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto baking sheet. Press down slightly to flatten.
- Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, or until set and slightly firm at the edges. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
