Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Whipped Cream

Place cold whipping cream in a large mixing bowl. Whip at medium speed. Sprinkle in sugar while mixing. Beat at medium high speed until peaks form. Reduce speed to low. Stir in balsamic and vanilla. Serve over fruit, pound cake, etc.

1/2 C heavy whipping cream
2 T sugar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions
