Coconut Key Lime Pie

Preheat oven to 350 F. Smash crackers in resealable bag with rolling pin. Pour into bowl and mix with oil and sugar. When combined, press into 9-in pie dish and bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. In mixing bowl, beat condensed milk, egg yolks, balsamic, lime juice, and lime zest. Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes. Allow pie to cool prior to serving.

8 oz Ritz crackers

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil

2 T sugar

1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

3 egg yolks

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 lime juice

1 T lime zest
