Crazy Chocolate Olive Oil Cake

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 13" x 9" pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until fully combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Set aside to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.

3 C flour
2 C sugar
1/2 C Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp espresso powder, optional
2 T of The Olive Bin's A-Premium White Balsamic

2 tsp vanilla
2/3 C of any The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
2 C cold water
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
