Deep Dark Chocolate Truffle Cake

Preheat oven to 350, grease, flour, and line two 9" x 2" round pans, or three regular round cake pans. Melt butter, add vinegar, take off heat and whisk in cocoa and then vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients. In large bowl beat eggs, sour cream, and water. Add in the cocoa mix, then add flour mix. Beat one minute more. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 40-50 min till top springs back and/or tooth pick comes out clean. Cool 10-20 minutes, then turn out to finish cooling. Frost with Whipped Dark Chocolate Ganache

4 sticks unsalted butter

1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

1 1/2 C dark chocolate cocoa

1T vanilla

4 C flour

4 C sugar

1 T baking powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

4 eggs

1 1/2 C sour cream

2/3 C water
