Espresso Pie

In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, coffee, milk, and espresso balsamic. Whisk until combined and slightly thickened. Fold in the Cool Whip completely. Pour into the prepared pie crust and smooth out. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream nad coffee beans just before serving.

1 (3.4 oz) box instant French Vanilla Pudding mix

3/4 C strong, cold coffee
5 T milk
2 T of The Olive Bin's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
1 prepared Oreo Cookie pie crust
Garnish—whipped cream and chocolate covered coffee beans

Directions
