Grilled Peaches with Espresso Balsamic

Remove pits from peach halves. If desired, peel peaches (you can eat them with the peel, or scoop fruit from the peel after grilling.) Drizzle Espresso balsamic over the peach halves. Top with brown sugar to taste. Grill or broil appx 3 to 5 minutes, or until the balsamic and brown sugar caramelize. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Serve, and enjoy!

Fresh peaches, halved
The Olive Bin's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
Light brown sugar (appx 1/2-1 tsp per peach half)
Vanilla ice cream

This is an easy dessert, for any number of people. Simple ingredients allow the recipe to easily be altered for the size of your group. Prepare the amount of peaches you'd like to serve, and alter amounts of other ingredients to your taste preference. Easy, and delicious!
