Lemon Krispy Treats

In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butter, stir inLemon Olive Oil, then add the marshmallows, stirring to coat. Microwave in 30—45 second bursts, stirring each time, until marshmallows are melted and smooth. Stir in the natural lemon oil and yellow food coloring. Stir in the cereal until all is coated. Turn out into a greased 9x13 pan and smooth the top. Allow to cool. Cut and serve.

Ingredients

2 T butter
1 T of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil
10 oz Kraft marshmallows (about 40 marshmallows)

1/8 tsp natural lemon oil (preferred) or lemon extract

6 drops yellow food coloring (if desired)
5 C Krispy Rice Cereal

Directions
