Maple Walnut Fudge

Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 mins, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow crème, balsamic, & maple syrup. Beat well with a mixer until well blended and shiny and smooth. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Let cool. Cut into squares.

5 1/2 oz can evaporated milk
12 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate bars

3 T of The Olive Bin's Maple Balsamic Vinegar
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp maple syrup
1 C chopped walnuts
