No–Bake Key Lime Cheesecake

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and Butter Olive Oil .When well mixed, press into 9-in springform pan and freeze for 15 minutes until firm. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until fluffy. Add Key Lime White Balsamic and vanilla and beat 1 minute. Gently fold in whipped topped and pour over chilled crust. Cover with plastic and chill until firm, at least 4 hours.

Ingredients

1 C graham cracker crumbs

3 T sugar

1/2 t salt

5 T  of The Olive Bin's Butter Olive Oil

2 - 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, softened

1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 T pure vanilla extract

1 - 8 oz tub whipped topping
