Oatmeal Cookies with Cranberries and White Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk olive oil and sugar. Add egg and vinegar and beat until frothy. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt over wet ingredients and mix. Add oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips and mix until combined. Drop batter on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil

3/4 C light brown sugar, packed

1 egg

2 T of The Olive Bin's Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

1 C all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 C rolled oats

1/2 C dried cranberries, optional

1/2 C white chocolate chips
