Raspberry Balsamic Shortcake

Place 1 C Wild Raspberry White Balsamic into a small saucepan. Over medium high heat, boil balsamic for just 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Cool. Slice pound cake. Top with fresh raspberries. Drizzle with Wild Raspberry Balsamic Reduction. Top with whipped cream and serve. Store any extra balsamic reduction in the refrigerator for another time
