1 lb strawberries
1 1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Mango Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C sugar
5 oz Greek Vanilla yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon

5 oz Greek Vanilla yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
In a small saucepan, add balsamic and sugar. Boil until sugar is dissolved and mixture is reduced to 1 cup. Allow to cool fully.
Clean, trim/peel, and chop the fruit and place in blender. Add the juice of one lemon. Blend fruit then add balsamic mixture. And blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle mold and freeze until sold. Can also be placed into a freezer safe container and served as sorbet.
