2 C fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of fresh ground pepper
3/4 T of The Olive Bin Butter Olive Oil
4 slices pound cake
Whipped cream
Strawberry, Black Pepper, & Balsamic Shortcake

Directions
- Mix strawberries, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Marinate 10 to 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a stovetop grill or saute pan. Grill pound cake slices until golden brown.
- Top with strawberry mixture and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
