Citrus White Bean Dip


Number Of Servings: 4

1 15oz can white beans
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 T of The Olive Bin's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1 T of The Olive Bin's Key Lime Balsamic Vinegar (Seasonal)
1 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Place all in processor, pulse until smooth (add more olive oil if needed). 
  2. Serve with warmed pita or naan bread.
