1 head roasted garlic OR 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
1/3 C tahini
1/3 C of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
1/4 C water, or as needed to adjust consistency
3/4 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp sea salt
optional: 2 T of soy sauce
