Dill Oil Tartar Sauce


1/2 C mayonnaise
1 T of The Olive Bin's Champagne Wine Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Dill Olive Oil
2 T dill pickle relish (or sweet relish)

1 tsp coarse-grained mustard

Salt and peppe



  1. Mix all ingredients together until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Additional Info

Serve with fish or serve with potato skins instead of sour cream!
