Fresh Herb & Pine Nut Dipping Sauce

Mix the parsley, basil, rosemary, oregano, garlic, crushed red chili flakes, pine nuts, salt and pepper together in a small serving bowl with enough olive oil to make a paste. To serve, add a teaspoon of the sauce to the center of a small dipping dish and add enough olive oil to cover. Serve with crusty Italian bread.

1 1/2 tsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

3/4 tsp fresh basil, finely chopped

3/4 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp fresh garlic, chopped

1/8 tsp red chili flakes, crushed

1 tsp pine nuts, finely chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
