Green Pea and Parsley Hummus


Number Of Servings: 8

1 1/3 C thawed frozen green peas
1/2 C chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 C tahini
1/4 C warm water
2 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
2 T fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp kosher salt
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Raw vegetables


  1. Place peas, parsley, tahini, 1/4 C warm water, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic in a food processor. 
  2. Process until smooth (blend in more water, 1 T at a time, if hummus is too thick.) 
  3. Serve with your favorite raw vegetables or naan bread.
