1 1/3 C chopped mango
1 1/3 C chopped strawberries
1 1/3 C chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 C tequila or orange juice
1 T agave nectar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp lime zest
2 T lime juice
Jicama slices, for dipping
Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Lime zest and wedges, for garnish (optional)

Directions
- In medium bowl, toss together mango, strawberries, and pineapple.
- In small bowl, combine tequila (or orange juice), agave nectar, vinegar, lime zest, and lime juice. Stir into fruit mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- If desired, garnish with mint, lime zest, and lime wedges. Serve with jicama slices.
