Margarita Fruit Salsa

In medium bowl, toss together mango, strawberries, and pineapple. In small bowl, combine tequila (or orange juice), agave nectar, vinegar, lime zest, and lime juice. Stir into fruit mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours. If desired, garnish with mint, lime zest, and lime wedges. Serve with jicama slices.

1/4 C tequila or orange juice
1 T agave nectar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp lime zest
2 T lime juice
Jicama slices, for dipping
Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Lime zest and wedges, for garnish (optional)
