Quick Hummus Dip

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve with cut vegetables and toasted Pita chips (cut pita into wedges and brush with Tuscan Herb olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place on a baking sheet and place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until crisp).

2 cans chickpeas, drained
1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1/3 C lemon juice
2 T of The Olive Bin's Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp salt

Directions
