Roasted Red Pepper Pesto


2 jars roasted red peppers (12 oz each), drained
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
2 whole garlic cloves


  1. Combine all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve as a spread over crackers, over pasta, or with bread.
