Strawberry Avocado Salsa

Combine all ingredients, toss gently to combine. Refrigerate at least one hour to let flavors meld. Serve over chicken or fish or serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1 1/2 C chopped strawberries
1/2 C diced, peeled, ripe avocado
2 T minced, seeded jalapeno pepper
2 T chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
2 T chopped red onion
1 T chopped garlic
1 T of The Olive Bin's Chipotle (or Cayenne) Olive Oil

1 T of The Olive Bin's Mango Balsamic
1/4 tsp salt
