Blackberry Cranberry Sauce

Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the orange juice, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, honey, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, reduce to medium low, and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add the cranberries. Return to a boil and simmer for another 8-10 minutes, until cranberries have popped and the mixture is saucy. Remove from heat, and stir in the jam and the two balsamics. Allow to cool, then refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Let the sauce sit at room temperature for a while before serving to take the chill off. Serve with poultry.

Ingredients

1/4 C orange juice
3 T Jellied Cranberry Sauce (smooth, not the chunky kind)

1/3 C brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 C honey
2 T Sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 C Seedless Blackberry Jam
1 T of The Olive Bin's Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vineger
