The Olive Bin

Dill Oil Tartar Sauce

Mix all ingredients together until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fish, Or serve with potato skins instead of sour cream!

1/2 C mayonnaise
1 T of The Olive Bin's Champagne Wine Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Dill Oil
2 T dill pickle relish (or sweet relish)

1 tsp coarse-grained mustard

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Serve with fish, Or serve with potato skins instead of sour cream!
