1/2 C mayonnaise
1 T of The Olive Bin's Champagne Wine Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Dill Oil
2 T dill pickle relish (or sweet relish)
1 tsp coarse-grained mustard
Salt and pepper
Dill Oil Tartar Sauce

- Serve with fish, Or serve with potato skins instead of sour cream!
