1 C ketchup
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1 T whole grain mustard
1 T water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Baste meat, chicken, or seafood with the sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling.
