Rosemary Balsamic Butter

Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl. (Butter needs to be soft, not melted, to combine all ingredients together in the right consistency.) Top meat with butter once cooked. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

1 C of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 T minced rosemary, more to taste
1 C butter, softened
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl. (Butter needs to be soft, not melted, to combine all ingredients together in the right consistency.)
  2. Top meat with butter once cooked. Serve immediately.

Additional Info

This butter is a delicious topping for any meat. Simply grill or bake the meat of your choice, top with the butter, and enjoy!
