Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

1. Add garlic clove to food processor and process until finely chopped. 2. Add in the water, oil, avocado, herbs & onion. Process until smooth. 3. Add in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar slowlystopping to taste it every little bit. (Add less if you don't want as much "tangy" flavor) 4. Add in the salt to taste Store in an air tight container or jar in the fridge. Keeps for about 5 days.

Ingredients

1 garlic clove
1 C packed avocado
7-8 tbsp water
5 tbsp of The Olive Bin's Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar (Seasonal)
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil (Fused)
1/2 C packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 C packed fresh parsley
1/2 C packed green onion (dark green part only, not white)
1 tsp salt, or to taste
Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Sweetener, to taste

Directions
