Apple Cider Wassail

Combine apple cider, orange juice, balsamic and sugar in a crockpot. Insert cloves into orange and drop into mixture. Add Cinnamon sticks. Cook on high until wassail simmers. Then remove orange and cinnamon sticks. Turn to low. Serve and Enjoy!

1 gal apple cider

1 qt. orange juice

1/4 cup of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
1 orange

24 whole cloves

Directions

  1. Combine apple cider, orange juice, balsamic and sugar in a crockpot. Insert cloves into orange and drop into mixture. Add Cinnamon sticks.
  2. Cook on high until wassail simmers. Then remove orange and cinnamon sticks. Turn to low. Serve and Enjoy!
