The Polar Espresso

Add the bourbon, simple syrup, espresso balsamic, and orange juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker about halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for a slow count of ten. Strain ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish as desired.

1 1/2 oz Kentucky Boubon

3/4 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar dissolved in water)

1/2 oz of The Olive Bin's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 oz freshly squeezed orange juice

Ice
Garnish: Orange circle
