Balsamic Glazed Filet Mignon

Bring steaks to room temperature and pat dry. Season steaks with salt and pepper. When ready to cook, add garlic olive oil to skillet or grill pan and brown steaks on each side (1-2 minutes). Reduce heat to medium low and add balsamic and red wine. Cover and cook 3 minutes on each side, basting with sauce as you turn the meat. Cook until steaks reach desired temperature.

Ingredients

2 (4-6oz) filet mignons

1/2 t salt

1/2 t pepper

1 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C dry red wine
