Black Cherry Ribs

Pat ribs dry and place on parchment lined baking tray. In bowl, whisk balsamic, garlic, onion, sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon. Brush sauce onto both sides of ribs. Place ribs in 225F oven for 6 hours, basting every 2 hours. When ribs are nearly done, preheat grill and sear ribs on both sides for about 5 minutes to crisp.

1 large rack of pork ribs (5-7lbs)

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Black Cherry Dark Balsamic Vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 small onion, diced

1/4 C dark brown sugar

2 T soy sauce

2 T grainy Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste
