Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Pork Chops

1. Mix the first 8 ingredients together and pour into a Ziploc bag. Add the pork chops. Marinate 30 minutes to overnight. 2. Heat the remaining oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat, add the pork chops and cook until lightly golden-brown on one side, about 3-5 minutes. 3. Flip the pork chops and brown the other side-about 1 minute. 4. Add the marinade to the skillet, and cook until the pork chops are done and the sauce has thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 lb pork chops

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar

2 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil

1/4 C brown sugar

2 T Dijon mustard

1 T sriracha

2 T soy sauce

2 tsp garlic and herb

1 lb pork chops

1 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil
