Cajun Shrimp

Preheat Grill to 400 degrees. Combine olive oil and seasonings. Set aside. Skewer shrimp without leaving spaces. Lay skewers flat on a rimmed cookie sheet. Brush one side of the skewered shrimp with seasoned oil. Flip shrimp over, brush second side. Set aside the remaining oil mixture. Place skewers on the BBQ and grill shrimp with the lid on about 2 minutes per side or just until cooked through and no longer transparent. Remove shrimp from grill. Don't overcook or they will be rubbery. Brush on remaining oil mixture. Serve and enjoy!

2 lb shrimp

1/4 C of The Olive Bin’s Garlic Olive Oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cumin

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

Dash of cayenne
