Cranberry and Honey Glazed Spiral Ham with Sage and Mushroom Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper; arrange on a cookie sheet. Place on lowest rack of oven. Mix ginger ale, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a deep roasting pan. Add ham and place on the top rack of oven, basting every 15 minutes. Cook for 45 minutes or until heated all the way through. Potatoes and ham should be done at the same time.

Ingredients

FOR THE HAM:
1 spiral ham
2-liter of Vernors or other ginger ale
1 C of The Olive Bin's Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C honey
FOR THE POTATOES:
6 red skin potatoes, washed and quartered
4 T of The Olive Bin's Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
