Cuban–Style Mojo Pork

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. When pork is tender, shred, and serve with remaining juices in pot.

Ingredients

4 lb pork shoulder

1/2 C orange juice

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C Llme juice

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil

2 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp ground cumin

8 cloves garlic, chopped finely

Zest of 1 lime and 1 orange

1/4 C freshed cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. When pork is tender, shred, and serve with remaining juices in pot.
