Easy-and-Delicious Baked Salmon

2 cloves garlic, finely minced
4 T of The Olive Bin's Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
2 T of The Olive Bin's Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 T lemon juice
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets


  1. In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, Sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish and cover with marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Place each fillet on small sheet of aluminum foil (large enough to wrap fillet in). Spoon half of marinade over one fillet; wrap foil around fillet so it is sealed. Repeat process with other salmon fillet. Place both salmon fillets in clean glass dish; bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with fork.
